Message from Mr. Jordan:

Well, hard financial times are hitting everyone, and our kids in Citywide are no exception. We have only about seven kids that either have enough money in their account, or can pay out of pocket.  So, we'll have to do another home camp August 2nd - 6th instead.  I feel as though, educationally speaking, reaching the majority of our kids makes more sense than only reaching 7 - 10.  We will really have to make sure the kids are on it for next summer, so we can actually go to CMC.  It was a great experience the last time we went. 

Band Day Camp Details:

• For all DCMB Marching Band Members.
• Where: Monbello HS
• When: August - 2-6 2010, 11am - 3pm
• Bus Schedule: Start at 10AM at GW, Hamilton, TJ, South, Morey, East, and DSA, and off to the front of Montbello.Start at 10AM at JFK, Henry, SW Early College, Lincoln HS, Kepner, North, and MLK, and then off to the front of Montbello.
• Cost: Free

Code of Conduct: Band members are expected to:

• Learn their music & drill.
• Be on time and prepared to work.
• Treat fellow band members, staff & parents with respect & courtesy.

The DCMB will not tolerate any incidences of hazing, substance abuse, bullying, physical abuse, sexual harassment or discrimination. Participation in such activities may lead to expulsion from the band.
